Step 2: ONBOARD

You’re in! Now the fun part - we’ll get you integrated into our systems, show you how we work and find out all about you. We’ll also confirm your preferences around privacy and communication methods.

Step 3: OFFLOAD

Based on your specific needs, we’ll assign you a VA Loft assistant. Your assistant can get started right away on short- and long-term tasks.

 
 

Step 4: AHHH

FAQs

How does invoicing work?

At the beginning of each month you’ll receive an invoice for the previous month’s work, due upon receipt. We accept most methods of payment but direct transfer is preferable.

What are your business hours/hours of availability?

We don't have set 'hours of operation', and each VA has a slightly different life schedule. That being said, we’re big on prompt and reasonable turnaround times and (within reason) can adjust our hours according to your needs.

How do you distribute your time between clients?

In order to provide the best service all-around, we split our time up between clients each day. We pride ourselves on responsible scheduling and effective distribution. Have something super time-intensive? Throw it our way and we’ll do our best to shift things around for you.

How do you store sensitive information?

Your privacy is important to us. All passwords, credit card info and other private data are protected by LastPass, the industry standard for online data security.

We’re also committed to complete client discretion and privacy - we'll never share your personal information unless you tell us to.

Will you sign a non-disclosure agreement with my company?

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is included in our contract, but we’re happy to sign one specific to your company if necessary.

Are your prices/hour totals negotiable?

Our time is valuable, just like yours is, and our rates are set based on what's effective and fair for everyone. That being said, we want this thing to work so if you need something more tailored, let's chat.

Can you use a "branded" email address set up on our domain?

Want it to look like we’re part of your company? Sure! As long as it incurs no financial cost on our end, let's do it.

Do you do in-person work?

Many of our VAs are open to things like running errands and even traveling to help with on-site events. All travel costs are to be covered by the client.
