Become a Virtual Assistant

Our ideal ideal VA partner is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. This is a remote, contracted position and the candidate will work from their own US-based location to support one or more clients of The VA Loft.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing the client's schedule, appointments, and meetings.

  • Handling and responding to emails and phone calls from clients and partners.

  • Assisting in preparing and organizing presentations, reports, and documents.

  • Conducting online research and providing information on specific topics as required.

  • Maintaining and updating company databases, files, and records.

  • Coordinating and communicating with team members and external partners as required.

  • Providing general administrative support as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and online communication tools such as Zoom and Slack.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.

  • Comfortable with handling sensitive and confidential information.
