Become a Virtual Assistant
Our ideal ideal VA partner is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possesses strong organizational and communication skills. This is a remote, contracted position and the candidate will work from their own US-based location to support one or more clients of The VA Loft.
Responsibilities:
Managing and organizing the client's schedule, appointments, and meetings.
Handling and responding to emails and phone calls from clients and partners.
Assisting in preparing and organizing presentations, reports, and documents.
Conducting online research and providing information on specific topics as required.
Maintaining and updating company databases, files, and records.
Coordinating and communicating with team members and external partners as required.
Providing general administrative support as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
1-3 years of relevant work experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and online communication tools such as Zoom and Slack.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Comfortable with handling sensitive and confidential information.
